More About Me
Andrea inherited her keen eye for architecture from her great-grandfather, one of the architects who designed Cali’s Opera House in her native Colombia. Since her move to the Bay Area in 1990 she has leased, bought, sold and revitalized houses. But what she really thrives on is witnessing her clients’ path from exploring houses to settling into homes. She has coined it the #HomesYouHeart Journey.A psychologist at heart, Andrea spent 25+ years cultivating her passion for tuning into folks as a marketer as well as a volunteer for cancer-related organizations (being a survivor herself). An open house weekend warrior, she always imagined how houses might become homes for folks close to her. The only surprise to her becoming a Realtor® was why she hadn’t pivoted earlier. Have you realized how every milestone unravels a new chapter, often in a new home? People in all stages of life entrust her to help them visualize their next chapter – be that in a 1920s Craftsman fixer, a hip Mid-Century Modern with Bay views, a waterfront condo or a move back to their childhood neighborhood 3,000 miles away. Andrea demystifies the transactional and emotional elements of the buying and selling – always going above and beyond, creatively advocating for her clients, and tenaciously shepherding the village of stakeholders required for win-win outcomes. PS from Andrea: “The home I heart has two beautiful children who have boomeranged back home to my heart's delight, two fur babies who rule the roost, and a farmhouse kitchen table that draws in my circle soulful friends to connect over my latest culinary fusions paired with a bottle (or three) of wine.”
